Aluminium Composite Panel, or ‘ACP’ as it is often referred to, is perfectly suited to many signage applications as the product is both light-weight and rigid. It is ideal for large signage applications, architectural signs, display and exhibition, POS / POP display and digital printing.

Aluminium Composite Panel – what is it?
Aluminium Composite Panel is made from a thin face sheet of aluminium that sandwiches a middle layer of high-density polyethylene plastic. It is often sold under various brand names including Alumabond, Alucobond, Alupanel, Dibond or Probond.
Sizes
There are several standard size sheets that Aluminium Composite Panel is supplied in:
- 1220 x 2440mm
- 1220 x 3660mm
- 1500 x 3660mm
- 2000 x 4000mm
From within these sizes, we can cut whatever size piece you may require for you sign project. Many large signs are constructed with multiple sheets of this product.
The thickness of the material is approximately 3mm.
Colours
Aluminium Composite Panel is available in over 50 standard colours including a mix of gloss, matt and metallic finishes. In addition to this we can also paint or wrap the panel in a coloured self-adhesive vinyl to match whatever colour your sign project demands.
